Terms & Conditions
1. General
LetsShop acts as an intermediary ordering facility between you and the seller of the goods in question. "The Retailer" Any query in connection with orders placed and the quality and quantity of goods delivered should be directed to the Retailer from whom the order has been made.
2. Orders
Any order you place on this Site is strictly an offer to the Retailer to sell you the product ordered. Your offer will remain open until you withdraw it in accordance with clause 8 of these terms and conditions or it is accepted by us on behalf of the Retailer. Your offer is accepted by the Retailer making a delivery to you as requested or by placing the goods for collection by you, or your authorised representative, at a mutually agreed location. The contract for the sale of the product will be formed in such circumstances.
Your order for any product may be declined without giving any reason and without any liability to you. Without restricting this, the Retailer can decline to sell products where they are not available or where it is believed that the order has not been placed by a legal consumer. EG. Legal consumer could be an adult over 18 where a legal restriction applies for the purchase of certain restricted goods.
3. Transfer of Ownership
You will own the products dispatched to you from the time they are delivered to you. Until then, they will remain the property of the Retailer.
4. Prices
The price you will be charged for a product you have ordered will be the price displayed on the checkout section of the website at the time of your order. This price will also be shown to you on the email which is sent to you acknowledging receipt of your online order.
5. Defects Policy
The nature of the most products available for order online through the website, which includes food items and other perishable items dictate that any defects in the goods supplied should be reported immediately. Non Perishable Goods: Any other goods supplied - contact Retailer by phone or email Retailer within 24 hours of delivery

Subject to a review of the order in question Retailer will refund the cost of any defective item/s supplied as soon as possible but this could be up to 10 days depending on bank clearing profile.
6. Availability of product
If a product you have ordered is unavailable, a suitable alternative product can be substituted.

At your request, the driver may carry your order into the delivery address, for example, to a particular floor in an apartment block or into your kitchen but only if the driver is satisfied that they have appropriate permission and that it is safe and practical to do so.
The Retailer will use their best endeavours to deliver your order within the times you request when you place your order. However, the Retailer will not be liable to you if they fail to do so.
All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over.
If the person receiving the goods looks under 18 years of age, proof of age may be requested. If proof is not available and there is no-one of that age at the address when delivery is being made, the goods may be retained by the driver. If the Retailer attempts to deliver your order to the delivery address supplied by you, but there is nobody suitable present at the delivery address to accept your order, the driver will leave notification of an attempted delivery and you will need to contact the Retailer to re-arrange delivery - See Retailer contact details on Store Owners page on this website. A further charge will be payable for redeliveries.
